• Google Ads management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Service Fees

Fees for our services are as quoted in our proposals or on our website. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• Monthly services require payment in advance
• Training programs require full payment before commencement
• Project-based work may require a deposit upfront

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 2% per month.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Service Refunds

Monthly service fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your service with 30 days' written notice, and services will continue until the end of the paid period.

5.2 Training Program Refunds

Training program fees are refundable as follows:

• 100% refund if cancelled 7+ days before program start
• 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before program start
• No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before program start

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Magoes Marketing or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Client Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it for the purpose of providing our services.

6.3 Work Product

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We retain the right to use general methodologies, processes, and knowledge gained during our engagement.

7. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information you share with us. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for results that depend on factors outside our control

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magoes Marketing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• With 30 days' written notice for monthly services
• Immediately for material breach of these terms
• Immediately if required by law

Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
